Oakwood Resort announces the 2016-17 winter season Tap Takeover dates at The Pier Restaurant. Launching at 6pm on Thursday, December 15, 2016, Chapman’s of Angola, Indiana will be the first brewery featured.
The following night, Friday, December 16, 2016, a fun interactive event has been planned. From 6pm until 9pm, all patrons 21 and older can enjoy a pint of Blue Moon (priced at $6.00), then “Paint the Glass” to take home at the end of the evening.
Four additional Tap Takeover dates have been planned to allow guests a great opportunity to enjoy incredible local and regional craft beers. In addition to great brews, a limited supply of giveaway items will be available for guests. Flights of four will be offered for a cost of only $7.00 each evening a Tap Takeover is scheduled.
“Our Tap Takeovers are a great opportunity for our guests to enjoy a wide variety of craft beers,” said Restaurant Manager, Aaron Smith. “We’re excited to partner with these breweries and offer several dates for these special events during the winter months.”
Tap Takeovers will begin at 6pm these dates; December 15 (featuring Chapman’s of Angola, IN), January 19 (featuring Evil Czech of Mishawaka, IN), February 16 (featuring Green Bush Brewery of Sawyer, MI), March 16 (featuring Deer Creek Brewery of Indianapolis, IN), and will wrap up April 20 (featuring Lagunitas Brewery of Chicago, IL).
