LAKE WAWASEE HISTORICAL BOAT TOURS

Description

The Oakwood Tour Boat was custom-built by Winninghoff in Rowley, Massachusetts.
It was built in 1986 for the US Parks Department, who used it as a canal tour boat in Maine.

Oakwood Resort acquired the boat in July of 2013 to offer tours of scenic Lake Wawasee to our guests.

The Oakwood Tour Boat:

The Oakwood Tour Boat is in operation beginning the 3rd week of May through October 5, 2020.

• The tour boat departs from the Oakwood Pier in the evening; contact the front desk to confirm dates and departure time.
• Length of tour: 30-40 min
• Maximum number of passengers is 44

Fee:

• Tuesday -Saturday:
  Hotel Guests $10 per person and non Guests are welcome up to 44 passengers
• A minimum of 10 passengers is required per tour.  The tour will not run if the minimum is not met and tickets will be refunded.  Please see the Front Desk for more details.
